  tried this restaurant in Puerto Carmen, i agree with other reviews, food perfect, lasagne, tortellini,ravioli.rnmy wife had a pizza, was big and well done.this italian restaurant is very clean, nice and cheaper.

  MAMMA CARLA IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN IS A EXCELLENT RESTAURANT,WE WERE IN HOLIDAY AND SPENT MANY DINNER, THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD, YOU CAN HAVE A LOT OF CHOICES, PIZZA IS GOOD, PASTA, LASAGNE, RIGATONI, SPAGHETTI, WITH MANY ESPECIALTY.YOU CAN FIND A LIST OF WINE VERY GOOD, PRICE LESS THAN OTHER RESTAURANTrnTHIS MAMMA CARLA IS A ITALIAN RESTAURANT, IS WITHOUT DOUBT,ONE OF THE MOST IN LANZAROTE.rnA BIG HUG FOR MAMMA CARLA STAFF.

  HAD A HOLIDAY IN LANZAROTE, WENT TO MAMMA CARLA RESTAURANT FOR A DINER, GOOD PLACE, GOOD FOOD, GREAT PIZZA AND WE HAD FUN, AND SPENT LESS 60 EURO FOUR PERSON .rnCHEF GREGORIO VERY PROFESSIONAL.

  we tried the MAMMA Carla with my family and it was fabulous-rnThe place is romantic, service was good, food perfect.rnwe had dinner twice and we fun ourselves.rnpasta was good rigatoni and lasagne, my wife took a seafood mixed with rice, and the children pizza.rnthe price was cheaper we paid 15 euro each and children 7, in fact in MammaCarla have a special menu for children.rnA important thing is the fresh product,meat ball with sauce,and cotoletta, steak, good.rnThe Chef is italian, and if you like italian food it is the perfect place in Lanzarote.

  We first tried this restaurant Mamma Carla for a light pizza lunch but returned twice for full dinner because of the quality of the food, the service and the relaxed setting.rnThis is an Italian restaurant and one thing of note for it is that it had a lot of locals in it everytime we were there. The food was excellent across all dishes we had. Even the pizza we had the first day was top class.rnI would strongly recommend you try it, indeed as we did, for a pizza at least which won't set you back that much and I bet like us you will go back again and again.rnwe have a good time tasting italian fresh pasta tortellini and lasagne hand made, my wife took a pizza very big and well done, the dish were very full, we taste italian wine and limoncello, the price was cheap 20 euro for each.rnChef Gregorio and the waiters were very polite, sure we come back in Christmas

  MAMMA CARLA : This restaurant is just down from the Biosfera centre towards the old harbour. You will be greeted like family from Chef Gregorio and Lorenzo on front of house, the restaurant has a lovely d?cor and atmosphere with lots of family photos back from the 1950's. This is a true Italian restaurant and only the best ingredients will do, they actually have their own supplies shipped from Italy to make sure you get that authentic taste and quality. I'm still working my way through the menu, the pizzas are light and crisp but full of flavour and the pasta is wonderful - you've got to try Mamma Carlas Rigatoni. Gregorio used to cook for celebrities such as Elton John and Princess Diana in London so make sure you go for a meal when you're in Lanzarote! Pizzas from E6, children's meals E3.5 pasta from E7.
