V ArteLanzarote 2009 Biennial Meeting

ArteLanzarote is a contemporary building project on a biennial basis beginning in 2001 in order to activate the local art scene while providing visitors to the island a cultural dynamic and committed with their time. The 2009 edition of ArteLanzarote starts with the idea Energy crisis and creation. Through various exhibition projects in various formats and discussion boards comprising the MIAC OBSERVATORY, this edition is organized under the title "Against the crisis, thinking," ArteLanzarote wants to be a cultural mediator and bring us closer to social themes current in the belief that art should be in touch with reality.
