Almond Blossom Festival in Puntagorda, La Palma

Every year in February, the almond trees on the island of La Palma result in a sea of white and pink flowers. And that's when the town of Puntagorda organizes the Almond Blossom Festival, which celebrates the arrival of the flowers.

During the day there are traditional music and dance, free distribution of wine and almonds in the area and stalls, dance and music in the street. In the afternoon and overnight, the orchestra music makes the dance until dawn.
